Cancellation Policy

 

To ensure fair access and efficient scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will also result in the full session fee being charged.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the therapeutic schedule.

Payments and Refund Policy

 
  • All sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm your booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or credit/debit card (where applicable).

  • Unused pre-paid sessions may be refunded in full upon request.

  • Refunds will not be provided for completed sessions.

  • A receipt can be issued upon request for insurance or reimbursement purposes.

 

In cases of non-payment, we reserve the right to add late payment fees and administrative charges if recovery efforts are required.
