Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access and efficient scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will also result in the full session fee being charged.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the therapeutic schedule.
Payments and Refund Policy

All sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm your booking.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or credit/debit card (where applicable).

Unused pre-paid sessions may be refunded in full upon request.

Refunds will not be provided for completed sessions.

A receipt can be issued upon request for insurance or reimbursement purposes.
In cases of non-payment, we reserve the right to add late payment fees and administrative charges if recovery efforts are required.
